AVA Film library is open

Tampere Film Festival and Ylöjärvi main library are participating in a pilot project called AVA Library funded by the European Union. AVA Library brings quality short films to local libraries.

International Competition 2017

Nearly 3000 short films were submitted into the International Competition 2017. The 63 films that were chosen to compete will be screened in 10 screenings.

National Competition 2017

Out of 342 films submitted to the National Competition 2017, eight feature-length documentaries and 28 short films were selected to be screened in the competition.
