The 2025 Tampere Film Festival National Competition received a total of 301 submissions, 37 of which were selected. Seven of those selected are documentaries longer than thirty minutes, whereas thirty are short films under thirty minutes.
Selections were made by Jukka-Pekka Laakso, Kati-Anne Leino and Heidi Lakaniemi.
