Serial Cards can be exchanged for screening tickets starting on 10 February in our online shop and from 2 March at the festival’s own ticket booths.
Screening tickets are redeemed using the unique code provided on the Serial Card.
In the online shop, select the screening you want, proceed to checkout, and enter your unique code in the field “Do you have a campaign code or a serial card?” After this, you can redeem the ticket free of charge.
At the ticket booths, please follow the staff’s instructions.
Serial Card Terms & Conditions
Serial Cards are valid until 8 March 2026.
The tickets included in the Serial Card are not personal, meaning the tickets can be shared among several people if desired.
Serial Cards can be purchased with culture vouchers in our online shop. Please note that in that case screening tickets are intended for personal use only.
Serial Card tickets are valid only for on-site events of the festival. Online screenings will be sold at a different platform in March 2026.
If the festival is cancelled or transformed into an online-only event, the Serial Card can be used for the 2027 festival or refunded by Eventio.
Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded except in the case of event cancellation.
NOTE! We recommend purchasing tickets either from the festival’s own ticket booths or from our online shop. This ensures that the tickets you purchase are genuine and grant access to our events.
