The deadline for submissions is on Sunday <\/span><b>29 October 2023.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Open Screen -category is open for anyone; amateur film makers, beginners and veterans alike. You can apply with a short film of which maximum runtime is 15 minutes. The selected films will be included in an official film package for this year\u2019s event! (The films will be only available in Finland.)
